The last 15 years I worked as strategic designer, coach and consultant in innovation, agile transformation and organisational development.

My strength lies in exploring systemic complexity — understanding how regulatory, technological, organisational and human dimensions interconnect. I help map these connections, identify leverage points, and structure solutions grounded in real user and stakeholder needs.

I also help people, groups and organisations expand their consciousness and imagination about their future. I support them in exploring possibilities they haven’t yet considered and developing narratives that motivate and guide their direction — grounded in optimism about what futures can be designed.

My background as a filmmaker, in philosophy and media science shapes my practice: I see patterns across disciplines, communicate complexity clearly, and stay curious about what’s emerging.

I work as a speaker on futures, transformation and purpose and I facilitate group processes — from building shared vision and resolving conflicts to developing values and principles that guide collective action.
