The last ten years I worked as coach and consultant in the field of innovation, agile transformation and organisational development.
My strenght lies in helping people, groups and organisations to open their consciousness, to stretch their imagination a little further and to support in finding and sharpening their motivational narratives.
My experiences as a film maker and my background in philosophy and media science help me to be clear in words and thoughts as well as to be open for inspiration and creativity.

I work as a speaker in the field of future, utopias, purpose and intention and agile methodologies and mindset.
And I offer the facilitation of group processes – such as creating a shared vision, resolving conflicts and developing team values and principles.
